I am Rick Brown, the owner and founder of Waffles Pizza, but if I said that I created this pizza all on my own, I would not be telling the truth.

 

This was definitely a family affair that spanned several years and had input from all parts of my 8 member family.

 

In the end my daughter, the CIA grad (meaning: the Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts graduate) proofed all of the recipes and put the final touches on the product.

 

However, I must say that my endless sacrifice to eat pizza after pizza is probably what contributed the most.😋
